Although our staff will do everything in their power to ensure an accident-free recovery, please note that the business will not be held accountable for any damage sustained to the vehicle before, during or after recovery. Owners must ensure that the vehicle providing the jump is turned off before jumping directly from vehicle to vehicle.
Fuel delivery service is free, but the fuel comes at a price. Please ask customer care about fuel pricing when requesting this service as the price of fuel fluctuates often in Saint Lucia.
Our Lock out service is free for subscribed members only.
In order to receive free tow services a customer must be a member with up-to-date payment on annual subscriptions for at least 1 year. Any member who does not meet the criteria will not be eligible for free tow services. Eligible customers will receive two free tow services for their registered vehicle for the year. If the customer requests a third tow service after exhausting their two free tow services, they are expected to source their own tow truck and bear the cost of the tow services. Any unused free tow services for the year cannot be carried into the following year. Upon renewal, another two free tow services will be available. Free tow services cannot be shared between two vehicles as it only covers the vehicle described on the registration form. Once a subscription process is completed there will be no refunds. If a customer does not renew annual payment upon renewal date, they will be immediately disbarred from the business’ services.
Please note that prices are fixed at $77.00 USD per annum per vehicle. Upon requesting services, customers must be willing to provide their name, vehicle license plate information and chassis number to verify registration. Please be patient and refrain from using obscene language when contacting customer service. All services are for subscribed members only. Thank you.
